  • So first I have to say that I work for MGM Resorts, the company that owns Circus Circus. However, like most people who live in a tourist destination, we eat close to home. Tonight was my Dad's 77th birthday. He's a meat and potatoes guy, so we made a reservation at The Steakhouse at Circus Circus. Even though it is voted best Steakhouse in Vegas for many years, we haven't eaten here I have to say...incredible. My 13 yr old son, had the rib eye, and asked if we could come here more often. I had the New York Strip was incredible. My husband had the Chili Glazed Salmon was awesome. The staff is incredible. Our Server, Relu, has worked here 26 years and was incredible! There is a private room that seats a small party that was perfect ambience. My Dad couldn't have had a better birthday! FYI. Crab cakes are to die for!!!!
