The teacher turn over rate is absurd and room shuffling and teacher bouncing from room to room is an everyday occurrence. There has been 2 directors that have left within a very short time frame. The latest director left only after being there for a couple of weeks. The biggest concern is safety. My child had countless injuries that no one knew about. A major head injury with a lump the size of a tennis ball was the last straw. Injuries will happen with a child but there should be enough supervision to at least know what transpired to cause the injury. I personally had a beloved teacher come up to me and tell me that I should find another daycare to bring my children to because Kids Incorporated was falling apart due to lack of leadership. I have seen teachers yell in the toddler room, teachers pull toddlers up by their wrists when trying to redirect to a new location and teachers on the playground with their phones out instead of watching the kids. I am so thankful that I got my children out of that place before something worst could happen to my kids. If you are considering Kids Incorporated on Blue Jay I would strongly suggest you find care elsewhere. The daycare inspection reports are made public so you can review their most recent citations online for additional insight.
