| - Well since leaving multiple messages at the contact number for your Toronto Pearson Valet site and not getting a call back within the promised 24 time frame,as a matter of fact, not getting ANY call back, I will try this route. Regarding ticket # 92435 Feb. 18th to 21st, I want to lodge a formal complaint about the employee's who move vehicles there, basically, they are a bunch of thieves, and I use the plural just based on the number of such compliants, I've since learned about on travel review sites. I personally had about $50.00 stolen from my vehicle while parked there. I understand my responsibility to protect my personal property but when "valet" is used in the title of a company name I would expect a higher set of values from their employees, it is not like I left my emergency fund clearly visible, the the if had to rifle through my entire vehicle to find it. I have used valet services at hotel's, restaurant's and shopping mall's in the past, always with positive results. Now I don't expect much, if any, response to this complaint, judging by the telephone response, , but know this, I will post this message on every site I can so I can negatively impact your business as much as possible, hopefully by much more than the $50 that was stolen out of my car. If I could give this business Ltd than 1 star I would.
