One thing I think yelp should change is giving the ability to rate somebody zero stars. We took our vehicle in today and paid $60 for a detailed car wash, and we are now at home re-cleaning the vehicle. I am a large supporter of giving people a chance to fix their errors, and we did just that. When we saw how terrible the vehicle was we had to walk them through everything that needed to be fixed up to and including actually cleaning the cupholders. We finally reached the point where sitting there telling them what to fix became so frustrating that we just left and are at home now doing it ourselves. I wish I had gone on to yelp and looked at the fact that they only have 1.5 stars out of over 200 reviews. That should've been our indication not to go. It is clear that this location does not care about customer service or customer's being happy.
