  • Our first time checking in here yesterday, the front desk was very short and unwelcoming. I am only giving this hotel a 4 star because when we checked in for our 2nd room, the 2nd front desk in the afternoon named, Vincent, was just so compassionate of our situation. He also was very warm even before we told him that our reason why we are in Vegas was to fight for my niece's kids custody. This guy went above and beyond and we appreciate him very much
