  • I absolutely love The Frozen Frog! When I first walked in the girl working (didn't catch a name) was super welcoming! It was about 6:45 pm. I knew they were closing soon and I wanted to hurry and make a decision on what to get. She never rushed me! She even got me a sample of the orange Dole. After being super indecisive I got 3 flavors: honeydew, tigers blood, & strawberry cheesecake. They were all super good and refreshing but St. cheesecake was my favorite!! I added the condensed milk on top which made it super extra perfect!! The store was really clean and I appreciated that Frozen Frog is taking donations for Hurricane Harvey victims. It's good to see a local store giving back! On TV they had a movie playing "Dragon Hunter". My daughter was super happy and enjoying her shaved ice and it hit 7pm. Trying to rush and get out the clerk was SUPER professional & polite. She told me not to rush and finish, she had some stuff she needed to do so I could stay as long as I wanted. Making me feel like we were family! It's a little far from my house but I will definitely make the drive to know I'm getting great customer service & yummy shaved ice.
