  • I'm a first timer at Echo & Rig and let me say it won't be my last. I love this place. It's off the strip, not a place you would find tourists which is nice for us locals. The staff and servers do a great job at making the experience wonderful. We were sat on the balcony, overlooking the fountain below and of course a beautiful view of the city, not to mention it was a lovely night. I ordered the Shrimp & Scallops with Mac & cheese, yummm. The steaks look amazing and they describe each one for you so you know what you're ordering. I will definitely be back with a bigger appetite.
