  • I ate at one of Sam's first restaurants in Tucson call Gilligans when I found out he was here in Phoenix I decided to try some of his new concepts. We were downtown and I saw that Arrogant Butcher a Fox restaurant was in the area so we decided to give it a try. We started with the Carnitas nachos with white beans which was a surprisingly tasty and filling appetizer. For lunch I had the prime rib French dip sandwich which was quite tasty a bit pricey but what do you expect for the downtown area. I will definitely try some of his other restaurants and plan to come back for a few other items that I saw on the menu like I would want to try the Salumi as well as some other cheese plates and other appetizers.
