  • I agree with all the one and two stars reviews that have been posted. This was my first time here, and despite all the negative reviews, I thought I'd give them a chance. My thought was "surely after all the bad reviews they have upped their game," but, NO. I specially asked for the trunk to be vacuumed - it wasn't. The outside was adequate, but the inside was dismal. Wiping down the dash and other surfaces consisted of a haphazard effort leaving a lot of areas untouched. The vacuuming was bad; they didn't vacuum the seats and did a half ass job on the floors. They didn't put the floor mats back where they belonged. I had to put the driver floor mat in place before I could safetly drive off. The inside glass was the worst - all they did was spread the dirt around. The glass was so smeared I had to redo it as soon as I got home so I wouldn't have a safety hazard driving in the late afternoon sun. The other issue was the speed at which the job was done (or rather in this instance, half done). I thought the workers were moving in slow motion - I've never seen a car wash where the worker's moved so slowly. I completely wasted $20. Please read and heed my review. Avoid this place.
