  • My A/C gave out on a Friday night and my insurance said they would get back to me by Tuesday, so I called around for any tech to come out since it was 115 out! The first company I called was Cool Consept and they had a tech out in four hours. John came out ant took care of it within an hour! We were so lucky that we didn't have to sleep in a heated house! John was great and kind and I would recommend them every time!
