rev:text	Stayed here recently in a 1 bedroom suite that is a stand-alone (or EP in code terms) which means it had no connecting door to a studio. We stayed on the 14th floor, which was really the 13th floor because they don't list "13" in the elevators. Did this matter to me? Not at all. I had wanted a golf course view but since I booked specifically an EP, they are only located on one section of the building, the one facing Karen Ave. So no golf course or Strip view. My view though was still pretty good (see pic). I enjoyed the views of the Stratosphere and Monorail station. I even enjoyed the incredibly close views of the apartments of Turnberry Towers...a little. I loved having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and jacuzzi tub in our suite. It was pretty quiet overall but there is some cars noise from the street, even on the 14th floor. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Parts of the pool gets shade by 5p. There is always a lifeguard. We usually went to the pool after 5:30p and the lifeguard there was nice and seemed like a hard-working guy, always folding towels and straightening lounge chairs. However there was another lifeguard (skinny guy with glasses) who I saw when we went to the pool earlier one day and he was pretty lazy. He was either chatting with someone or checking his phone...while on duty! As for the rest of the staff, I'd have to say they were all average. They were nice but nothing to brag about. I didn't feel the warm fuzzies. Parking is free and plentiful. 2 places to park: open lot in front of entrance or parking structure. If you park in the structure, they close off one or two of the openings after certain times of the day. You can still get in/out though, just with a bit of inconvenience. Overall wonderful property to stay in if you don't like smoke or busy casinos. Best for 2+ nights stay and if you have a car!
