  • I recently went to get my hair done. I was very excited over the whole thing my purpose is to find a great place with friendly customer service professional environment and of course hairstyle that care about there work and their customers. I was not happy. I went for my consultation and the girl went over the color I wanted long story short I was a dark root ombre blond I wanted to get it more ashier than golden, so she explained that I could not get it as beige as I wanted to but showed me a sample of the color it would be. So she was going to take it just a little hire up to root so it faded naturally. I agreed to it because of course I asked her professional opinion. I was not happy so I called her. I explained the copper tone in my hair and her response was "oh yea I noticed it when I was drying your hair" are u kitting me!? instead of her fixing it making sure it was perfect she let me walk out. so I went though second time she could redeem her self. I was wrong She just toned it again and now my hair is super dark and copper tone is more noticeable I'm very disappointed. I wish my experience would have been better I would have loved to go there it's close by to me! Her name was Rosa BTW! She's only been there 4 months maybe she has not been doing hair that long too because she was asking for another workers opinion like you should know this. I'm very disappointed and it sucks I spend my money on this place.
