  • I have bought two cars from AutoNation. In my opinion, as with all AutoNation endeavors they are excellent at tokenism and LIP SERVICE, but very short on quality, promptness and punctual delivery of services. Seemed like it took forever. The damage was MINOR. The size of a silver dollar. Nice paint job, but EXTREMELY lousy at re-assembly. The rear door driver's side has never been the same and rattles now. They broke a part in re-assembling the door, had to order it, took even more time and then DID A POOR JOB in the end. I brought it to the attention of my rep and she rationalized it away. In short 'tough'. I was unable to tell if anything was taken from the car but the trunk where the spare is kept had been opened. Why? The door was repaired, not the trunk. In short I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. As my Vietnamese friend used to say, 'talk too much, eat too much, live too long'.
