  • Went to buy a washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, stood around waiting to speak to a sales rep for 30 minutes before being acknowledged, only to be told we'd be seen in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we walked out and went to Best Buy, bought all the aforementioned appliances there and was in and out within 40 minutes. So 1 star review for Home Depot, 5 stars for Best Buy. Horrible service. Slow, incompetent workers. Just go to Best Buy if you need anything. It's across the road
