QUALITY OVER QUANTITY: I speak on every section so I promise it's worth the read!
In my personal opinion that quality is truly what the objective is here. I don't believe the selection range has enough BUT what they do have and IF it is executed correctly it is delicious. Maybe it was brunch but I found myself with eating only the same couple items just because there wasn't anything really to choose from.
MEAT SELECTION: The butchery selection is okayyyy. They do have the bone marrow which is good has a awkward texture to it. The house sausage was alright and their one beef meat was just okay as well. Also be careful with the bacon I know it's supposed to salty but I literally had to spit it out, that's how salty it was. The wicked fried chicken is what they are known for make sure to get if fresh or it will be soggy. The flavor is there and is good. 6/10
BREAKFAST SECTION: Fruits, oatmeal, bread selection, bacon, eggs, omelette, just regular selection which I didn't go to. GET THEIR JUICES IT MAKES IT WORTH IT 8/10
ITALIAN SECTION:
The creamy garlic pizza is a must! They have mussels, different personal pastas, other pizza.
7/10
ASIAN SECTION:
Sushi was gross and the rice was gummy. Drunken noodles are disgusting. The only two items I even wanted and went back for was the Siracha wings and their build you own pho. The oxtail soup makes it
DESSERT SECTION:
I give it up to this area. Everything is beautifully made the details are amazing. But it's hit or miss with the waste. The gelato is amazing the Nutella was delicious. I recommend to just try everything with the dessert I believe each is their own taste buds.
SERVICE:
10/10 even though they said an hour wait it was only 30. From the beginning to end everyone was kind especially our server HERMIN . Top notch service, thank you for making this experience great.
