  • I think that Car-X has a superb waiting area, with a panoramic window area that allows you to see what's going on with the cars. It's pretty darn cool. Additionally, they were the only place in the Champaign area that was able to take my car the day that I called. Tatman's Collision referred me here, so I am pretty sure that Car-X does a good job. However, I felt that they should have called me more often with updates about my car. I also felt that Dave should have listened more carefully to what I was saying was wrong with my car, instead of rushing me along and cutting me off. Anyway, they did fix the problem. I would bring my car here again in the future.
