Don't stay here! me along with two friends stayed here for the weekend. The place feels deserted, and feels like an old hotel with a bunch of patchwork to make it look "newer". The front desk is VERY rude. we asked for three room keys and they gave us two. entering our room our light didn't work. we called the front desk and after he played with it for a little he said the maintenance engineer wasn't there to fix it. then he asked "are you guys okay without a light for tonight?" ..... i'm sorry, what?! you see three girls in vegas and you think we can get ready in the dark, sir? we said no and he went to another room to grab a bulb (which shouldn't be hard since we were pretty much the only ones on that floor) he SLAMS our door behind him. the microwave in the lobby is gross and the mini fridge they give you they just stick it on the floor by the door. the whole weekend was full of attitude when all we asked for was decent service.
i have to say though, the clean up crew in the purple shirts were the kindest and most outgoing staff i've ever met. the front desk could learn a lot from them when it comes to customer service and making guests feel welcomed.
