  • I've been wanting a water softener for a while and was referred to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Joe arrived and gave the estimate and went to get the appliance. Bill A. did the installation and set up. He even went so far as to flush the water heater so soft water would be available immediately. Both have an exceptional work ethic. We appreciate the excellent customer service not always provided by some vendors. So thanks guys for a job well-done! If someone asks, we'll be happy to give a referral.
