  • Yes, the staff seems friendly, and caring, but they don't really follow-thru completely. We told them our dog cannot swim (we tried it at a friends small pool, and he just sinks after a few seconds) But he doesn't like the water, and he doesn't know how to go thru a dog door, so he'd probably stay away from the pool anyway. They just seem so busy that they say "yeah, ok yeah" like they hear you, but it doesn't seem like it's soaking-in!! There's just too much going-on there. You can't blame the workers...if this were a daycare for kids, it would be closed-down! There's just not enough people, or too many dogs. We presented an issue that our dog isn't aggressive enough to eat or drink with a group of dogs. They said there are plenty of water bowls of which to drink, but they would give him water bowl with his food in a room by himself. If you look at the video cams, there are NO water bottles visible. When we picked up our dog, it was evident he didn't have anything to drink while he was there. I am going to guess that he didn't eat as well either. He was whining The whole car ride home, and ran to the water bowl, and was drinking for longer than I've ever seen him drink. There are just too many dogs in this place!! Things can happen in a split second when there's no one around to see it. Every venue has a certain "capacity"...pool, theater, bus.... why doesn't this place?? It seems to me that Zach R is a friend/family of the business...Trying to offset all of the negative reviews/reality of "Always Unleashed" pet resort
