  • I took an older Kenmore sewing machine in and he fixed it. He quoted 70.00 so I left to consult with my husband. When I came back he gave me a deal at a quoted 49.95. Once the machine was fixed he charged me 70.00. I reminded him of the deal he quoted me and he stated extra parts and labor were needed so it was 70.00. When I got home he called and said he did not charge my credit card enoughIt should have been 70.00. I reminded him I paid 70.00 in cash and he stated it must have been the customer prior to me. When I used the machine it broke immediately. I took it back to him and he blames me for using material that was too heavy and messing up the timing. I had the quilters cotton with me and explained their was no way two pieces of cotton could be too heavy. He explained the Kenmore was Made in China s**t and tried to sell me one of his machines. I asked for a quote to fix the timing and he stated 70.00. Seems to be a theme for the price with no price break down. I went elsewhere and bought a new machine. Waste of time and money!!!
