  • My parents and I have been coming here for decades. We all have been Diamond or Platinum member for many years before and a Visa cardholder. I would like to take a minute and say to everyone that reads this that you must avoid one employee in particular. At the Total Rewards counter across from the food court there is an asshole of an employee. His name is Eddie. He completely humiliated my father after my father followed his instructions. Telling him he needed a receipt to complete a transaction. Now this jackass argued with him and kept cutting my father off. I went to the trash can, took out our receipts and Eddie says "No". So now my father has to go buy something else to satisfy Eddie. My father then bought me a beer and diet soda for my mom, went to Eddie, handed him his Total Rewards Visa and he then handed my father his Platinum card. What does it mean if you are a loyal card member and you get treated like someone off the street. We'll remain loyal Mlife members instead.
