  • I have been to this company several times because of how convenient it is. Almost every experience I have has there has been negative, but this most recent one was absolutely appalling. My daughter dropped her car off and paid over $60 for an oil change. The three weeks following she was smelling gas throughout her car, but figured it was a loose gas cap (she does not have much knowledge absolute cars, hence why we don't do oil changed ourselves). Today, she noticed oil leaking out of the hood of her car, she opened the hood and there was no gas cap! She took her vehicle back to this location, waited an hour while the "mechanics" stared at her car. One of them (guy with mustache) finally approached her saying "she should have notice something before" and "it has been 26 days". She was only asking for her oil cap to be replaced since THEY had misplaced it and for her oil to be refilled. Nothing more than the service she paid $60 for. They refused to do anything to fix their mistake. She ended up having to spend $35 to replace the oil cap herself along with having to fill her oil again. She spent nearly $100 and most likely has damage done to her car because of the oil having completely leaked out. So disappointed in the business and will mostly likely be reporting this business to the BBB.
