  • Wow...we had the trip from hell when we went for the 4th of July!! Bad attitudes and horrible service at almost every part of the resort. I did complain though and one of the managers was very kind and helpful and even through in a free cot (which they charge $35 for if you call the front desk and ask them to roll one up for you). I have never experienced such bad service though and definitely will not be staying here the next time I go to Vegas!!
