  • It's the worst online shopping experience EVER!! They took the order and debit from the account, only couple day later we got the email the order was cancelled!!?? The representative was rude and the only clear explanation from him was because NY is one of the higher rate in online fraud!!?? We asked even we are willing to verify all necessary personal info on the phone? And what about the amount has already took it from the account??!! Well, he gives no other resolution but simply said the amount be refund in two business days (money is one thing, but what about the presents for Christmas and the time). They should stop the online shopping service completely so the customers will not waste of time and go through all the trouble and insults.
