rev:text	I've known and trusted Jasson Dellacroce for close to 10 years so when my husband and I started the new home conversation we couldn't think of anyone better. I was very specific in that we had to make a certain amount on our current home to even consider selling. The number I gave Jasson was aggressive and I honestly didn't think it could be done. We started by looking at new homes just to make sure we could find a "dream home" first. Jasson did an excellent job listening to our needs and wants, he began searching right away. He narrowed down the options and off we were. He found our dream home within a couple days and less than 10 viewings. Having two babies and a crazy schedule made us so thankful for his attention to detail. The house we fell in love with was quite over our budget but Jasson went to work negociating costs. He negotiated the house down $30K and also had closing costs throw in by the seller. Once we were comfortable with the decision and the offer was accepted, Jasson again went straight to work listing our current home.... our house went to market on a Friday and within 24 hours Jasson had two offers!! Both great offers but one stood out being OVER the aggressive asking price!! I was floored and so estatic I didn't have to leave my house again for more showings and open houses... not easy with two babies! One full day of views and he got the job done and he did it well... and FAST! On top of that, Jasson negotiated in some great details to help the move easier on us. He was able to get the buyers on our old house to do a FREE "lease back"for 1 week to help us move with ease. He also talked the owners on the new home into giving us the washer and dryer for free when they asked us for $300 for them. On top of this, he also met us numerous times to see the new home (before the closing date) again and again so that we could see it and take measurements and well... just see it! He was always happy to meet us...Jasson truly cares for his clients, we are so pleased!
