  • Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We did not receive the room we paid for and was not granted a room credit. Items also went missing from our room and the hotel showed no interest in helping us retrieve them. On a more basic level, the front desk staff couldn't even answer simple questions like: are there changing rooms at the pool, is there a walking trail nearby, and can we have plates for the empty kitchen in our suite? I will never return here or recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don't visit WeKoPa. I typically only post positive reviews but my experience here was so bad that I had to share it.
