  • NO-CALL NO-SHOW, ABUSIVE OWNER, PROBABLY A SCAM. Do NOT use this company. They currenly have a Groupon out and let me tell you- save your money unless you enjoy paying to be verbally attacked and having your personal life threatened. Not only did they not show up for the service scheduled, they would not give a reschedule date and became incredibly abusive when asked for a refund. Calling your customer a "hoe," cursing at them, bringing race and politics into the matter, and threatening to go after your customer's job is hardly professional behavior. Thank god we never had to meet this man in-person, I wouldn't put it past him to get violent with a customer after how he has acted. Stay safe- DO NOT USE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS AUTO MOBILE DETAILING.
