  • Ken and his crew from Dawn til Dusk AC were very helpful! Our unit was old and had breathed it's last! Ken was able to get me a whole new furnace/AC unit for less than we thought-expensive, mind you, but not AS expensive as it could have been! We now have a quality unit and the guys were prompt and professional. A few days after installation, I noticed some things that I had questions about. Ken responded immediately, himself, and came over to take a look. He had the VERY minor corrections taken care of by the following week! Great customer service!!
