  • The car buying experience at Findlay was great. My sales person Matthew was cool and very helpful. A no pressure, relaxed environment where I was able to have all my questions answered and things explained to my satisfaction. It did help that I knew exactly what truck and options wanted. The finance staff was great in helping me understand all the details and warranty options. Then the Delivery Specialist her name is Justus, was very nice and thorough with explaining the OnStar system, data plan, Apple CarPlay, gadgets, etc... I did talk to a couple other dealerships about the truck and options I wanted but Findlay was upfront with the best offer. I would recommend definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
