I attended a free class last week and I enjoyed it very much. Upon entering, I was greeted by two receptionists who walked me through the application (they ask questions about your lifestyle and goals) and facility. The class itself was challenging and I liked seeing my progress on the tv screen. By the time class was over, I ended up burning 600 calories and stayed in the green zone and just a little in orange.
Although I enjoyed my time, I didn't walk out as a member because of their prices.
4 sessions/month - $59
8/month - $99
Unlimited - $159
+ you have to buy the monitor for your workouts.
Now, that doesn't sound like a lot, but I used to be a member of Lifetime Fitness and I paid the same price as the unlimited membership, but with so much more amenities that made the steep price tag worth it.
