  • I don't even know where to start. Have you ever had waitstaff notice that your burger wasn't cooked quite right from just a glance, then immediately come over and offer to redo it? Because we did. We've NEVER had such amazing service at a restaurant. We've also never had such amazing mac and cheese. If I wasn't half comatose from stuffing myself, I would write lengthy, borderline inappropriate poetry to honor Carson Kitchen's mac and cheese. Bread pudding made from doughnuts. Are you freaking kidding me? This place has officially been added to our must-visit list for future Vegas trips.
