| - To clarify, this 5/5 stars that i am writing about is solely due to a man named Sean Bartlett. If it was not for him, the rating would most likely be a 2/5.
My fiancé and i had a leaking issue in our guest bathroom. We are first time home buyers so our warranty recommended Adam's as the company to go with. At the start, things went well. But just as another yelper said, they do a great job of demolishing and tearing everything up, but not repairing it.
To make a long story short, two months after the demolition that Adam's had started, nothing had been done to repair anything. I feel awful for the workers that had to make the calls to our house because they were just as confused as we were about why this was taking so long. From an outsiders perspective on the business, poor communication throughout the entire company seems to be the recurring theme; if i were to give you the longer version.
However, as stated earlier, a man named Sean Bartlett, who happens to live in our neighborhood, saw one of his workers trucks in front of our house and decided to stop by after work and introduce himself and see how the project went. He was shocked that the project was still not done and he told us he would take care of it (literally).
For the past week and a half, every night Sean would come after work and work on our bathroom. He would usually get to our house by 7pm and leave a little after 10pm. He came every day until the job was done. Best part, our bathroom looks better now then it did before the leak!
The quality and care of work that Sean did on our bathroom is far beyond anything i ever expected. If it wasn't for him, my fiancé and i would still be waiting to figure out who is coming to repair our bathroom.
If you have to work with this company and you want things done with extreme detail and care, request Sean. He is the whole reason, and the only reason i am even choosing to write a review and give it 5/5 stars. His dedication and work should not go unnoticed!
