  • Banfield is the worst!!! Took my dog in with a fractured toe nail. BAD treatment resulted in compression wounds on both sides of her foot. I tried to cancel the Optimum Wellness Plan because no resolution was offered, but you guessed it, NOT cancelled and still being charged!!! I called Banfield Corporate, and no supervisor, no customer service, just pay, pay, pay or "we will send you to collections, and it will hit your credit." "Best care for your pet" that's NOT TRUE!!!
