  • I'm not sure why this company is still in business, which I intend to find out. And better yet, why is Spencer's supposedly a great company associated with them? Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner, the staff makes you feel like you are bugging them. Without a fridge for 5 days now, after I lost everything in it and estimating another 7-10 days. And of course, they can only have their service people come from 8-4, which is very convenient for people who work. My next step, BBB, Whirlpool and Spencer's. Maybe one can help, but please do not waste your money on this company.
