  • I have to confess that I'm more than a little bit obsessed with Graze. They can pretty much do no wrong in my eyes- but that's because everything I've had from here has been consistently delicious. I've also only been to brunch but am very much looking forward to going for dinner and trying out their infamous burger. For brunch had the bloody mary with jalapeno infused vodka which was amazing- pretty much a meal in and of itself because of the toppings (celery, cheese curds, sausage, etc) They do a classic eggs benny but the ingredients they use elevate it to a different level. The potatoes that come with them remind me slightly of latkes which I loved. Chef Tory's Breakfast Sandwich looked tiny at first so it was a slight surprise given the price but it tasted incredible. And was surprisingly filling given its size (but I had also had half of the eggs benny order at this point) The bibimbap burrito is MASSIVE (especially in comparison to the breakfast sandwich ^^) and is so. good. The only critique I have about it is that the meat was on one side of it so when I split it I got the half without any meat and my friend's half was fully loaded. But at that point I'm just trying to find something negative to say. Oh and the cheese curds. Definitely one of the best in Madison. Way better than another place that many consider to have the best cheese curds in Madison. Also love the free coffee refills. And the floor-to-ceiling windows. And now I've realized I need to go back to Graze ASAP.
