| - Maybe I got him on a bad day, I have no idea, but this was a odd experience. The gentleman welcomed me and I sat down and watched him work, he looked like he did a decent job, while you wait you can look around at the memorabilia but other than that, it was a pretty boring environment, there was Rock music playing and that was cool, but he didn't engage any of us, nor did he talk to any of his clients while he cut. At one point I had to get up to go to my car to get water, he said I'm not holding your spot (which is okay) but I told him I'm just going to get water from my car, he said okay (I didn't see a water cooler). Once I sat in the chair, He asked me what I wanted and he started, I had my phone on my lap, and he barked at me "No phones in the chair" I said that's okay, but I informed him i had triplets at home (it's not easy for babysitters with 3 kids) and he said in a I don't f'ing care way "well I can't cut your hair" I said I'm just letting you know. Now I understand the phone thing, but did he engage me? At all while he worked? Did he ask me if it was my first time? Did he build a relationship? Not one time, There was a tv with nothing playing on it. Like make it enjoyable man for everyone, especially if you're the only one cutting hair and there is a line of 10 people. Try something engaging, put out magazines, or at least talk to us. Now it's a 10 dollar hair cut I get it, like he didn't do a horrible job, it looks okay, but I was afraid to tell him what he could fix (that's on me) but I didn't want him to roll his eyes, or make a gasp again cause I was going to snap, I wanted to leave the minute he started. But i stayed and didn't complain, but idk maybe I'm crazy, I would go here again if the experience was fun but not anytime soon. Again maybe it was an off day, but Im going to continue to look elsewhere.
*please read his response to this review, and well I rest my case!!
