  • I have to agree with everyone on the wait time... IT IS SO WORTH THE WAIT. I've had BBQ all over Texas... I am no Texan, but I can say that Little Miss BBQ beats ANY BBQ place I've been in TX. The brisket is hands down the best I've ever had. This place puts anywhere else in PHX to shame - I have no need to go elsewhere for BBQ again. I'm a huge fan of going before they open. You'll still have a long wait time, but you'll get your pick of the lot before they run out. The staff is great: friendly in their own way. Super knowledgeable, and fast movers and shakers.
