  • Ive had a sewage spill into my kitchen on the first on January 2018. the water / "sewage" would not stop pouring into our kitchen!!!! No matter how many times I called American Homes For Rent Emergency Line. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER! FYI, America Homes for Rent emergency line is just another recording.. My heater has not worked since before Christmas . My heater unit finally gets fixed and I think everything is all good. Now, It was a Friday night and at 2:00 AM in the morning the Carbon Monoxide Alarms go off!... I was forced to call 911, my fiance did not wake up. luckily I did. I put in a request to have this fixed on January 5th,, It is now Jan 10th 2018 and still nothing. dislike this company very much.
