  • From my initial welcome by Jovi to the introduction of his manager, Michael and the final experience with the F&I Manager, Adam, my experience with Right Toyota was exceptional. There was no high pressure techniques and although I know they wanted to sell me a car, I never thought that they were pushing a car down my throat. Jovi, Michael and Adam are all true professionals and I would highly recommend them and Right Toyota. They made sure that they found me the right car for me and one that I would enjoy. I never felt like I couldn't leave if they didn't have the right car or couldn't make the right deal for me. This is rare is today's car buying experience. I have purchased and leased well over 100 cars and not one person in their dealership pressured me or made me feel like I had to buy a car. They treated me like I was their only customer and made me feel that they would do whatever they could to fit me into what I was looking for. They all were very knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't shoot from the hip but rather made sure that they had the correct answers and that I was always comfortable with them and the process. I would strongly and highly recommend Right Toyota and my salesperson, Jovi Vielma, the Sales Manager, Michael Bonnett and their F&I Manager Adam Rosepink. They are the Right dealership for me and for anyone else looking for a new, certified or pre-owned vehicle! Thank you all for making my experience with Right Toyota a great one!
