  • I use to love the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Hot wings at Ruby's but they have really gone down hill. The new burgers are pretty good and the bottomless fries have a bottom because I have trouble getting the wait staff to come back to my table in a timely manner. I use to go about 3-5 times per month and now it is 1-2 times per year. There are many reasons and most of them revolve around sorry staff and pathetic cooks.
