  • This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the test drive all the way through to purchase and finance everything went very smooth. Everyone was very nice; the customer service was outstanding. There was never a point where I felt like I was being pressured to buy. I was given an offer. I told him I needed to think about it and they said that was fine just come back and give us a call when you're ready. That really made a big difference in my decision of going with this dealership. I even felt like I got a great deal and I know I probably didn't because Car Sales are in the business of making money but whenever you walk out feeling like you weren't taken advantage of, speaks volumes for customer care and respect. So I salute the team at Acura of Tempe and I will be coming back for future years and all my future cars because they were so great and I'm so thankful. And of course a big thank you to Mike Thomas for doing such a great job! He is my go-to car salesman so he can never leave. Haha
