  • I am Chinese and they recommended me to add nose support on their glasses and they said if it falls out they will replace it for free. The pads didn't fall out but after a few months of use they always go flat and they feel like tiny sharp knives cutting into your nose bridge. So I made 2 trips to them already to replace it. So today I went for the 3rd time and since I didn't have my glasses with me, they refused to give me new pads. I explained to the girl that it hurts and if she search me on the system I did buy my glasses there. She said no. These tiny nose pads cost maybe 50 cents to make but the fact that they don't even care how much it's hurting me, I don't think they really take care of their customers. I spend 1000 a year on glasses and contacts. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
