  • Last night I came home to find that the A/C on our second story had stopped pumping out cool air and found my wife sleeping on the couch. So first order of business today was to weed through the endless list of service companies that are available. So i decided to try Yelp for help. I made a handful of calls and was told to wait for a call from a dispatcher to voice messages . Then I called SPecialized Air ( Now named Ultimate Air) who IMMEDIATELY told me he would have someone out within a couple of hours. Less than 1 hour later the tech was at my door ready to look at my system.WOW didn't expect him that fast during peak season!!! By the time the other companies return calls started coming in, my A/C was already fixed and the tech was long gone. As for the technician, he was very knowledgable and fielded all my questions with easy to understand answers. He also gave me some great suggestions on preventitive maitainance. He was very comprehensive and made sure that my system was functioning the was it's supposed to before leaving. The price for his work was fair and was performed in breakneck speed. I will use this company for ALL of my future A/C needs. A+++ all the way THANK YOU Greg !!!
