  • Whatever you do, use someone else. Many other companies may be $5000 dollars more than this quote you got from this company. They don't know what they are doing, they send person after person to fix mistakes. No communication between each other. I've had five people come in and out of my house and five weeks later I still can't use my bathroom. It's a never ending nightmare. They will talk the talk to get you to sign the contract, once you do, items will be missing from order and won't be in for six weeks. No one knows what they are doing at this company. They don't lay protective barriers down on your carpet and ruin the life of your carpet. Save the headaches.
