  • Used to be our go-to place since they opened up shop at the mall. We like supporting our local businesses so we come frequently and have spent enough here to earn more than 5 free drinks from their Vicinity rewards program. Trouble is the young man who works weeknights nowadays is inattentive, insufferably rude to customers and has very poor manners. On one occasion we were told they're out of mango - their signature drink - despite that the whole store having fresh mangoes on display everywhere. It's a shame since this is otherwise a good place to grab a cold drink and meet with friends. But until they sort out their atrocious customer service issues, I just can't recommend them - let alone bring friends along only to be treated shabbily.
