  • Because I know your time is valuable, I'll get to the point here and go on and on about the horrors I've experienced living here below. All I can advise here is not to move into these apartments. Don't walk, don't run, but vanish into thin air. Dodge yourself a bullet. If and when I escape from this awful apartment community I will never ever return, because of the lies I was told to convince me to sign a year lease and of course the awful experience I've had with my apartment and the first leasing office staff I dealt with h here. If you'd like to read on, I'll elaborate, otherwise have a pleasant day. Since I've been here, I saw coroner and police trucks, I've had panicked, disturbed people pound on my front door, my apartment had food in the refrigerator from the previous tenants, faulty dishwasher, messes all over the walls and around the counters, duct tape patchwork over a missing piece of wall under the bathroom sink, and the water tank of my toilet is blacker than I am. For real. Not to mention, the worst of it all, the walls are so thin I'm basically -in- my upstairs neighbors apartment with them. The walls are so thin it literally sounds like there is a waterfall in our apartment. And of course the grounds keeping staff is as loud as can be at 8 in the morning. These are just a few things that have occurred in our apartment since October, God knows what else is happening to other residents. The leasing agent that sold us on this apartment is no longer here as she was transferred to another property (actually the original office staff left within 2 months of our arrival) .. She lied, insisting our building was designed to be condos and would be extremely quiet. Paying $1000/ month for a noisy, aged, and unready apartment with an extremely unprofessional staff is unacceptable and had we known this is what we'd get we would have never moved in here. There are plenty of other palaces in the area where you can get excellent service and a fine apartment, even a town house, for the same price. (And they asked $1100 for the place we have now, we managed to talk them down a hundred dollars but it makes me laugh, and ask myself, what on earth makes this place worth $1000 a month? Not one thing. There's truly nothing I can get here and nowhere else.) While I have no comments yet regarding the new office staff, I can say the issues I faced with this property are enough to suggest everyone who lives here to leave and all who are debating on moving in should RUN LIKE THE DICKENS. Do yourself a favor and dodge a bullet. This place is not worth the money and the headache.
