  • Ethical, honest, and reliable all words I would use to describe Mike. My air conditioner started making weird grinding noises. My parents recommended I call a company that I will not name, the repair person told me my fan and another part needed to be replaced and quoted me over $900 to do it. I called around to at least 10 other companies to get quotes; all of them jerked me around either playing games (asking for extreme detail like did I want 110 degree ball bearings or 180 degree ball bearings on a simple part) or flat out refusing to give quotes. The quotes I got were around $600-$800. I called Mike and he was no nonsense, I told him what I needed and braced myself for the run around. Instead he simply told me "Oh that's a flat fee" and quoted me substantially less than all of the other companies. He came out within several hours (during peak heat season no less!) was pleasant and professional and fixed my unit. He also told me that he thought I could get another few years out of my 16 year old unit (the other company told me I'd be lucky to get a few months) I won't use another repair person ever again!
