  • My baby came out looking like a gremlin.... (i uploaded a pic) Shelly tried to fix the horrible cut saying it was the best she could do! But it was bad. My boyfriend did a better job trying to fix Shelly's "fix" after I couldn't get over how bad my puppy looked. SHe did give me a refund which was the least she could do, but I can't see why my dog came home like this. The shop is clean and the people seemed nice. My dogs nails got cut very short and were very sensitive which added to the problems... I have had other places groom my puppy but never had a issue like this. I would say never ever ever take you dog to Shelly's.
