  • 2 hrs for an oil change. And then tell me they didn't have time to fix a blown sensor for windshield washer fluid and call back for another appt. And prior to that they couldn't diagnose my TPMS indicator that stayed on. So I went somewhere else ... South Hills. And guess what ... State inspection done, 2 sensors replaced AND they washed my van in under 2hrs. So what gives? I thought Diehl was supposed to be better than the previous owners Mick's .... Guess not. Customer lost.
