  • Terrible customer service. I ordered two items online with a gift card I received for Christmas. A few days later I received an email saying neither items were in stock and the money would be sent to my credit card (except that I paid with a gift card). So after talking to 3 people, being hung up on twice, and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they determined the money was sent to me as a check (wtf?). 3 weeks later, still no check and the sale is over. I guess it's for the best they sent me a check, because I wouldn't even want to spend my gift card with them at this point.
